HILTON HOTELS AGENT MARKETING
Hilton Group Genius Hub internal email and print marketing for Hilton agents.
Challenge: To revitalize and centralize the marketing tools and resources available to Hilton Hotels' vast global network of travel agents. The existing materials were fragmented, visually inconsistent, and difficult for agents to access and effectively utilize. The primary goal was to empower agents with easily accessible, cohesive, and compelling marketing assets to drive increased engagement and bookings.
Strategy: Led the comprehensive redesign and consolidation of the agent marketing assets. My strategy was deeply user-centric, prioritizing ease of legibility and customization for diverse agent needs. This involved developing a unified visual identity and brand guidelines specifically for agent-facing communications. I also oversaw the creation of a robust library of customizable templates, including digital ads, email campaigns, brochures, and social media content, pre-populated with high-quality, on-brand assets.
Leadership: My role encompassed defining the overall creative vision and user experience for the new agent marketing suite. I collaborated with a cross-functional team of designers and copywriters through the entire project lifecycle, from initial conceptualization to final launch. I also managed expectations and communications with Hilton Hotels' brand teams, ensuring all deliverables met stringent brand standards and strategic objectives.
Impact: The unified visual identity elevated brand consistency, ensuring a cohesive and professional presentation of Hilton Hotels across thousands of agent touchpoints worldwide. Ultimately, this improved market reach and bookings by empowering agents to more effectively connect with their client base with compelling, on-brand messaging. The project received highly positive feedback the agent community for delivering a highly effective and user-friendly solution that addressed critical business needs.
