Challenge: To meticulously manage and coordinate over 125 diverse media personnel and photographers across a high-stakes, live-broadcast national event, ensuring optimal visual coverage for all stakeholders while preventing interference with critical broadcast operations.
Strategy: Developed and implemented comprehensive communication protocols, detailed scheduling, and logistical plans for all credentialed photographers. Established clear guidelines for access points, positioning, and movements to maximize visuals without compromising safety or broadcast integrity.
Leadership: Directed all still photography operations from start to finish, leading the Photography Assistant and overseeing on-site execution. Served as the primary point of contact for photographer needs, problem-solving logistical challenges in real-time, and enforcing strict adherence to event rules.
Impact: Ensured flawless execution of all photography, securing optimal shots for live broadcast and professional media outlets. Facilitated a smooth and efficient photography environment, directly contributing to comprehensive visual storytelling and the successful national broadcast of a major Olympic qualifying event.

Challenge: Seamlessly integrate the Atlanta Track Club brand with new athletic apparel and footwear partner adidas, establishing a cohesive visual identity across all touchpoints and maximizing market presence during a critical partnership launch.
Strategy: Developed a comprehensive creative strategy encompassing full apparel redesign, event signage, marketing collateral, and new photography art direction, ensuring brand synergy while capturing the spirit of both organizations.
Leadership: Personally led the cross-functional design and marketing teams, overseeing all creative outputs from concept to production, and acted as the primary creative liaison with adidas marketing teams.
Impact: Resulted in an increase in apparel sales, positive brand engagement, and successful adoption by athletes and fans which significantly strengthening brand alignment and expanded Atlanta Track Club’s reach.
